for healthy...

To stay healthy, is all human being's hope. As longer as you live, your body cannot controlled by your own intention. What do we do to stay healthy.
I think the most important things is to eat healthy foods. If you eat junk foods such as fried potatoes and hamburgers everyday, ofcourse your body go bad. You should eat well-balanced meals everytime. However we have already known this common sense, we cannot practice easily. So why don't you try to reduce frequency of eating unhealthy foods once in a day?
You will realize something change in your body soon.

  1. I think so too. Things you eat is very very very important for your health. Though I like fastfood and high calorie food,i'm trying to eat something good like organic food and vegetables too.
